Pratibha's owners, the Chaudhary family, have been making unceasing efforts to spread the light of education. In the year 1977, they set up a Balla RamHanumanDas Charitable Trust that ventured in the field of education in 1987 with the establishment of Gyankunj, a CBSE affiliated English Medium Co-ed School for Day Boarders. The school is well equipped in modern teaching aids and facilities, and seeks to inculcate the right values in its pupils through a balance of moral, spiritual, academic and vocational guidance.
Encouraged by the success of Gyankunj, the Trust took another humble initiative of setting up an international boys' residential school BRCM Public School, Vidyagram. Imparting world class education from standard 4 to 12, the school is a member of Indian Public Schools' Conference (IPSC), International Award for Young People, SPIC-MACAY and Round Square. Located in a natural and tranquil surroundings, this CBSE affiliated higher secondary school provides all the essential facilities to its students. The overwhelming success of the school motivated Pratibha to take a step ahead in the area of technical education. BRCM College of Engineering and Technology was established in 1999. Backed by its excellent infrastructure and a prestigious track-record, the college today enjoys a national repute and is duly approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and the Govt. of Haryana. It is also affiliated to Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa for an array of engineering and computer courses.
Taking new steps in its literacy drive, Pratibha has joined hands with one of the most respected social service organizations of India- Friends of TribalSociety. The organization is well known for its efforts to promote an all round development of society, by contributing in the field of education, health, labour, law, research and training, publication, management and other areas. FTS runs 10,000 Ekal Vidyalayas in different villages where majority of people live below the poverty line. Pratibha has also adopted 33 schools wherein every school is being served by one single authority, and for one year the company takes care of all the activities related to these schools.
